Return & Refund

We need you to like each object you pick out from Nichefurn. If something arrives and it's no longer pretty or what you imagined, don't worry—we've got a simple, honest go-back method to make matters right.

1. When You Can Return

You have 30 days from the day your order is introduced to allow us to recognize you'd want to ship something returned. We simply ask that the object be

  • Unused and in its authentic condition
  • Packed with all tags, accessories, and authentic packaging
  • Free from damage (unless it arrived in that manner)

Some gadgets are final sale and can’t be returned—those could be clearly marked at the product page.

2. How to Start a Return

Just shoot us an email at support@nichefurn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief awareness of why you're returning
  • Photos if the object is damaged, defective, or no longer what you ordered

We'll get it returned to you in 1–2 enterprise days with go-back instructions.

3. Shipping the Item Back

  • If it's our mistake (incorrect object, damaged, or defective), we'll cover the go-back delivery cost.
  • If you've surely modified your mind, you'll be chargeable for the go-back postage. We advise a trackable carrier so your object doesn’t wander off in the manner returned.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your go-back arrives and we've checked it, we'll process your refund to the authentic fee technique within 7 business days. You'll get an email affirmation as soon as it's processed.

Refund instances can range depending on your financial institution or fee provider.

We also offer replacements for devices that are damaged, defective, or lost in transit—just allow us to confirm within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date).

5. Cancelling an Order

If you want to cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it can already be on its way.
