Return & Refund

At NicheFurn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy outlines the process for requesting returns and refunds based on different scenarios.

1. General Return Policy

You may request a return for most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Prepare the Package: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals, if applicable. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the package back to us using the shipping method of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Return Scenarios

a. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Provide photos of the defective or damaged item along with your order number.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Once received, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.

b. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the incorrect item.

c. Item Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate the issue and provide assistance, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.

d. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.
